WorldFeatures.org is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the world we live in through multimedia journalism and documentary storytelling.  By gathering and presenting stories of global importance and significance, we are working to raise awareness about various issues that affect us all.

There's a lot more to our mission than just writing stories and making pictures.

We're working to present our stories in community events, classrooms and more traditional media outlets.  We're also donating a portion of our proceeds to a charity working to solve a problem we present.  Additionally, we're working to make our project collateral, that is, pictures, text, audio and video, available at an appropriate cost to organizations working to solve problems.  Lastly, in this digital, impermanent era, we are creating an archive in physical space and on the Web to preserve a record of the world today for the world of tomorrow.

Our journey and service begin in November with a trip to Southern Sudan to tell the story of a new, autonomous country being delivered by the hands of its refugees; people who were cast out of the country during the Second Civil War.
